It has a big reputation
A layer of gluten-free chocolate cake (see disclaimer) topped with New Zealand boysenberries, then on goes chocolate mousse and is topped with Belgium chocolate ganache. We are not using overseas berries due to a current health warning
This dessert is totally gluten-free.
It comes in three sizes
We cant write on the baby size but can write three words only, directly on to the medium and standard size.
Writing for Saturday and Sunday Must be ordered by FRIDAY noon
This dessert will keep for 3 days from purchase and should be refrigerated.
Serve straight from the fridge - take off the acetate and cut with a hot knife to avoid cracking the ganache layer.
As for all of our cakes, this cake is made with only pure ingredients and contains no chemicals, palm oil or preservatives.
This dessert is made with gluten-free ingredients but is made in the same kitchen as non-gluten-free products. It may therefore not be suitable for diagnosed Celiacs, or anyone highly allergic to gluten.
It is suitable for anyone on a gluten-free diet.
You can order for delivery on Friday and the cake will be fresh all weekend.
